Main Trends of PB in the Country During the Pandemic
- Introduction of information with the design of a device for the electronic collection and payment of local taxes (YTAX) and the introduction of a smartphone application for managing citizen complaints and feedbacks in the management of public services;
- The development and signing of the Charter of Citizen Participation and the Right to the City;
- The construction of processes of general interest which requires the involvement of the population and the establishment of social dialogue;
- Measuring the performance of local and regional authorities and improving their services;
- The signing of agreements between beneficiary Local Authorities and Technical and Financial Partners (TFPs);
- The introduction of indicators with the measurement of municipal performance in the provision of public services. The published guide is based on the SDG indicators.

- Popularization of the Charter on citizen participation and law and its translation into national languages;
- Sharing the lessons of the BPS Project at the national level;
- Development of training guides and manuals adapted and meeting the objectives of the BPS Project in terms of information, awareness and training of administrative authorities, elected officials and local actors;
- System for Measuring the Performance of Territorial Collectivities (SMP-CT) in order to establish a culture of performance as a lever for territorial development.
